What is your return/exchange policy?

When you order window coverings from Factory Direct Blinds, you will receive a product that is custom made using the specifications and requirements that you have provided. We cannot accept returns on custom cut products, unless blinds or window coverings arrive damaged or with a defect. See our Warrant Policy here.
