Damaged Product Received

Merchandise Damaged by Shipping: Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt to ensure that it has not been damaged in shipping. Damaged items must be reported to us within ten (10) business days of receipt along with photographic evidence of shipping damage to support@FactoryDirectBlinds.com prior to replacement request being processed.

Once the review is completed one of our customer service representatives will update you via email with the best available resolution to this matter.
